As a Pharmacy Technician, you will work under the supervision of a pharmacist to assist in the technical and non-clinical aspects of preparing medications for dispensing. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the technical, non-clinical aspects of preparing medications for dispensing under the supervision of a pharmacist.
  • Support pharmacy operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Participate as a reliable and punctual member of the pharmacy team.
  • Perform related work as required.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or GED.
  • Active Registered Pharmacy Technician in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy, if required by state of employment.
  • 1 year previous hospital pharmacy technician experience (preferred).
  • National Certification (CPhT) may be required by the state of employment.
  • Current BLS certification.
