Responsibilities

• Fill routine orders for unit doses and prepackaged pharmaceuticals under supervision.
• Count, package, and label unit doses for inspection by a pharmacist.
• Fill routine orders for non-prescription pharmaceuticals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a pharmacy technician training program or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and medication dispensing.

Nice-to-haves

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is preferred.
• Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
