About the position

The Pharmacy Technician, Customer Relations Help Desk role at CVS Health is designed to support frontline pharmacy call inquiries and escalations related to Retail Pharmacy. This position involves handling customer complaints, guiding agents to appropriate resources, and providing solutions to unique problems while maintaining a positive representation of the Customer Support Department. The role requires a Pharmacy Technician license and emphasizes strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills in a fast-paced call center environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Customer Relations frontline and pharmacy call inquiries.
  • Handle escalated calls or emails requiring creative solutions.
  • Assist in identifying the root cause of customer complaints and determining the best resolution.
  • Guide agents to tools, resources, and Knowledge Articles for issue resolution.
  • Represent the Customer Support Department positively.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Customer service experience in a high-volume inbound call center or retail environment (1+ years)
  • Pharmacy Technician License in state of residence and Rhode Island
  • Prior CVS Customer Relations knowledge
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years' experience in Microsoft Office
  • 1+ year in a leadership/supervisory role
