About the position
RPh on the Go is seeking a qualified Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Georgia. The role involves assisting in the preparation and dispensing of medications, supporting pharmacy operations, and collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient care. The ideal candidate will have pharmacy technician experience, preferably in a hospital or compounding setting, although retail pharmacy technicians will also be considered.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and dispensing medications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
- Maintain and manage inventory, records, and equipment in the pharmacy.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.
- Active Georgia Pharmacy Technician license in good standing.
Nice-to-haves
- Hospital or compounding experience preferred, but not required.
- Retail pharmacy technician experience will be considered.
