- Take and record patient vital signs and medical histories.
- Educate patients on medication usage and health management.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Certification as a Medical Assistant or Pharmacy Technician preferred.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, medical office, or customer service role is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Haitian Creole (both written and spoken).
