About the position

Simi Pharmacy is seeking a motivated and professional part-time Pharmacy Technician to join their team. This role involves assisting patients with their medication needs in a supportive and friendly environment. The pharmacy operates Monday through Friday, closing at 6:00 PM, allowing for a better work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have experience in a pharmacy setting and a passion for helping patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with medication drop-off, filling, and pick-up.
• Follow California Pharmacy Practice Law diligently.
• Work under the direction of the pharmacist-in-charge.
• Maintain outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients.

Requirements

• Pharmacy Technician License
• Mid-level pharmacy technician experience (preferably at least three years)
• Pharmacy Technician Certification
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable and detail-oriented

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in Spanish
