About the position

The Pharmacy Technician at Penn State Health - Hampden Medical Center is responsible for preparing medications under the supervision of a pharmacist. Responsibilities

• Prepare medications under the direction of a pharmacist.
• Measure, mix, count-out, label, and record amounts and dosages of medications according to prescription orders.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency.

Nice-to-haves

• Working on Pharmacy Technician certification.
• 1 year of Pharmacy experience, including preparation of IV solutions.
