You will also be required to complete an extensive CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program and meet all registration, licensing, and certification requirements as per your State's Board of Pharmacy guidelines. Responsibilities

  • Manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team's ability to fill patient prescriptions promptly, safely, and accurately.
  • Provide compassionate care and exceptional customer service to patients and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations regarding pharmacy operations.
  • Complete the CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program and satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to State guidelines.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate ethical conduct at all times.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Licensure requirements vary by state.
  • Ability to concentrate on tasks without being distracted.
  • Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mathematical reasoning skills to solve problems related to prescriptions.
  • Problem resolution skills to identify and address issues effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
  • Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • PTCB National Certification.
