• Manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team's ability to fill patient prescriptions promptly and accurately.

• Complete the CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program and satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to state guidelines.
• Ensure all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met for patients.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate ethical conduct at all times.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Licensure requirements vary by state.
• Attention and focus to concentrate on tasks without distraction.
• Customer service orientation to actively help people in a friendly manner.
• Strong communication skills for verbal and written interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Mathematical reasoning to solve problems related to prescriptions.
• Problem resolution skills to identify and address issues effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• PTCB National Certification.
