The technician will also be responsible for meeting managerial information requests promptly, providing essential data for decision-making, problem-solving, and management reporting. Additionally, the technician will keep internal customers informed about medication shortages or delays and will review medication orders for completeness and any deviations from normal ordering patterns. This involves collaborating with requesters to address and resolve any concerns prior to placing orders. The technician will maintain a log of invoices received from outside vendors, process the invoices through the appropriate systems, and ensure that the invoice amounts are allocated to the correct pharmacy sub-accounts. The role requires a constant state of alertness and adherence to safety protocols while performing other assigned duties as necessary.
