Responsibilities

• Manage assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team's ability to fill patient prescriptions promptly and accurately.
• Provide compassionate care and exceptional service to patients and customers.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations regarding pharmacy operations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate ethical conduct at all times.
• Complete the CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program and satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid PTCB Certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience in customer service is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and focus to complete tasks without distraction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Mathematical reasoning skills to solve problems related to prescriptions.
• Ability to resolve problems and make sound judgments in complex situations.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• PTCB National Certification.
