About the position

The role requires a licensed Pharmacy Technician to assist in medication dispensing and ensure the proper labeling and organization of the dispensing area. This position is crucial in supporting the distribution of pharmaceuticals across North America.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and label prescription medications for dispensing.
- Measure, count, and package medications according to prescription orders.
- Replenish medication in automated cells to full capacity; opening large quantities of bottles and cases of product.
- Ensure the proper labeling and instructions for patient use on medication containers.
- Maintain an organized and clean dispensing area.
Requirements
- Must hold a current Pharmacy Tech License for the state of Indiana.
- 1-2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
- Able to select and lift objects from shelves and carry to order filling line.
- Able to consistently carry 20 - 30 lbs. of merchandise short distances.
- Able to carry 15 lbs. of merchandise from order filling station to conveyor.
- Must be able to walk and stand throughout the entire shift.
- Basic math, reading and writing skills required.
- Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
