Responsibilities

- Comply with local, state, and federal regulations regarding pharmacy operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in workstations and customer areas.
- Perform ordering functions with wholesalers for medications and supplies.
- Manage computerized inventory and control of medications and devices.
- Count, measure, and prepare specified products using best practices.
- Complete billing procedures to ensure value for customers and the company.
- Answer phone calls and triage inquiries appropriately.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information.
- Meets minimum state requirements for pharmacy functions.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous comparable experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Experience as a pharmacy clerk.
- Familiarity with EPRN systems.
