About the position
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our friendly independent pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service while assisting the pharmacist and store manager in daily operations. This role requires effective communication with healthcare professionals and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform cash register transactions via POS.
- Assist store manager and/or pharmacist as requested.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory.
- Answer telephones and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Enter data into the computer system.
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance of the store.
- Ensure confidentiality of customer information.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Pharmacy Technician License (Required).
- 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience (Required).
- 1 year of customer service experience (Required).
- High school diploma or GED (Preferred).
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
