Responsibilities

• Inputting prescriptions into the pharmacy system
• Initiating refill requests and processing refills
• Communicating professionally with providers and patients
• Maintaining safety, integrity, and professionalism of the pharmacy
• Complying with pharmacy policies and procedures
• Focusing on data entry tasks

Requirements

• Valid Registered Pharmacy Technician license
• Pharmacy Technician Certification
• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• Active Registration with Texas BOP
• CPhT certification (Ohio or National)
