- Perform data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing accurately and efficiently.
- Understand and follow company guidelines on cash register operations and cashier handling policies.
- Answer phone calls and triage inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and customer waiting areas.
- Comply with food safety, sanitation, and safety regulations according to health codes.
- Understand and perform inventory management and ordering functions.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years old.
- Meets minimum state requirements to perform pharmacy functions.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information.
Nice-to-haves
- Any equivalent experience as a pharmacy clerk.
- Familiarity with EPRN.
