The Pharmacy Workflow analytics team is a dynamic team within Retail Store Operations aimed to support the business by working cross-functionally to analyze the outputs of our current workflow reporting tools, create insights and reporting to highlight opportunity/risk, and create awareness with senior leaders to influence action and improve outcomes. The Workflow Analytics and Strategy team supports the 9000+ CVS Retail Pharmacy locations and its ~100K Pharmacists, Technicians, Field leaders. It strives to maintain industry-leading prescription fulfillment processes and tools in our CVS Pharmacies across the country, while bringing reliable and impactful performance reporting resources in service of driving unparalleled service for our patients. This position requires you to work on complex analytics that will inform critical decisions affecting the retail pharmacy business and work with cross-functional teams across the enterprise to share findings, KPI's, business results, etc.-and translate them into actionable areas of opportunity. This role will require management of multiple analyses and reporting suites and be accountable for delivering quality results-as well as to be able to present these results with urgency to senior leadership in the organization.
