The Phat Panda Brand Ambassador position is a contract-based role that requires individuals to represent the Phat Panda brand at various vendor events. This position is designed for those who are enthusiastic about engaging with customers and promoting the brand's products in a professional manner. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for setting up and managing a vendor table, interacting with customers, and providing them with information about the products and any ongoing promotions. The role demands a positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Before arriving at the event, you are expected to dress in clean, branded attire and prepare a complete Vendor Kit, which will be provided. You should arrive 15-30 minutes early to ensure that you are set up and ready to engage with customers before the event starts. Upon arrival, you will need to check in with the store staff and find the best location to set up your table, ensuring you have access to necessary resources like electrical outlets for specific events. During the vendor event, your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, informing them about specials, and inviting them to engage with the products on display. You will need to be knowledgeable about the products and able to answer any questions customers may have. Building relationships with both customers and store staff is crucial, as is maintaining a fun and engaging atmosphere throughout the event. After the event, you will be responsible for breaking down your setup and ensuring that all obligations have been fulfilled before leaving the venue. A recap email to the Field Rep and Management is also required to summarize the event's outcomes.
