About the position
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking a Senior Associate or Of Counsel to join their Private Client practice in Philadelphia. This role focuses on providing legal services related to estate and tax planning for high net worth individuals and family groups, as well as estate administration and business succession planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in international tax and cross-border planning, and must be admitted to the Pennsylvania bar, although this is a non-partnership track position.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on estate and tax planning for high net worth individuals and family groups.
- Assist with estate administration and business succession planning.
- Engage in international tax and cross-border planning as needed.
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored estate plans.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting estate and tax planning.
Requirements
- Senior level associate or Of Counsel experience in a large law firm or financial planning firm.
- Strong background in estate and tax planning for high net worth individuals and family groups.
- Experience in estate administration and business succession planning.
- Preferred experience in international tax and cross-border planning.
- Admission to the Pennsylvania bar is preferred.
