Responsibilities

- Ensure proper identification and labeling of specimens to maintain accuracy.

- Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and alleviate concerns.
- Document all procedures and patient interactions accurately in the system.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a phlebotomist from an accredited program.
- Experience in a clinical or laboratory setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
