Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduation from an accredited medical vocational institution with phlebotomy course diploma and/or previous experience.
• Certified phlebotomist preferred.
• Previous phlebotomy work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory specimen collection on all patient age groups in the Spanish Fork and Salem locations.
• Assist with receptionist and clerical duties as needed.
• Assist with stocking and ordering supplies.
• Process specimens for testing and shipment to reference laboratories.
• Adhere to policies and procedures associated with the position.
