Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy procedures: Drawing blood from patients for tests, transfusions, donations, or research.
• Answer call lights: Responding to patient requests and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Assist with patient ambulation and monitor walking: Helping patients move around safely and monitoring their mobility.
• Conduct EKGs: Performing electrocardiograms to monitor heart activity.
• Check vital signs: Measuring and recording patients' blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Stock supply closets during downtime: Keeping medical supplies organized and replenished.
