- Adapts behavior to specific patient populations, respecting privacy and communication styles.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- No prior experience needed.
- Knowledge of venipuncture procedures.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills, particularly with Windows applications.
Nice-to-haves
- Completion of a phlebotomy course preferred.
- Current license or trainee license in the state of practice preferred.
