About the position

The Phlebotomist, PRN position at HSHS involves performing basic phlebotomy procedures and specimen collections for laboratory testing. Responsibilities

• Perform basic phlebotomy procedures and specimen collections for laboratory testing.
• Understand and maintain knowledge of test sample priorities and requirements.
• Handle clerical duties necessary for efficient daily operations of the laboratory.
• Assist with clinical laboratory functions as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. is required.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience is preferred.
• Phlebotomy certificate or equivalent is preferred.
