About the position

As a Phlebotomist at Octapharma Plasma, you will play a crucial role in our mission to collect plasma for life-saving medicines. This position is not just about performing venipunctures; it encompasses a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the overall success of our donation centers. You will operate automated plasmapheresis machines, ensuring that all procedures are conducted in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), current Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP), and regulatory guidelines. Your commitment to excellent customer service will be essential as you interact with donors, making them feel valued and comfortable throughout the donation process. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Licensure required by the state of employment
  • General computer skills
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to understand and follow protocol
  • Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
