Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner

  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for the office
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all supplies are stocked
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with office management duties as needed, including coordinating with vendors
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, case management software, and other applications to support daily operations

Requirements

  • 3 years of customer service experience
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service abilities to create a positive experience for clients
  • Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Ability to type accurately and quickly for documentation purposes
  • Capable of functioning as a personal assistant when required
