About the position

As a Phone Customer Support Professional at Pattern, you will provide exceptional support to customers through phone calls and chat interactions. This role involves acting as a liaison between customers, manufacturers, and various Ecommerce platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for users. You will be part of a fast-paced, data-driven team dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction and driving the success of global brands in the Ecommerce space.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between customers, manufacturers, and Ecommerce platforms including Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify.
  • Manage multiple brand interactions across all marketplaces through phone calls, chats, and emails.
  • Represent a primary brand partner and provide support for mutual customers.
  • Identify trends and opportunities that need to be addressed throughout the company.
  • Respond to consumer-facing questions that positively impact buyer behavior on Amazon.
  • Help customers through their entire journey to resolution.
  • Manage customer refunds.
  • Partner with your manager to take on new tasks and projects as the team expands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Effective social interaction, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to perform a variety of tasks efficiently.
  • Working knowledge of Ecommerce platforms (Shopify and Zendesk are helpful, but not required).
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office products.
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Zendesk and other Ecommerce platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
