About the position

As a Phone Prep at Pizza Inn, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking phone orders, ensuring order accuracy, and prepping food items. This role is essential in creating a positive dining experience for customers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders
• Provide accurate information about menu items and promotions
• Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently
• Ensure orders are prepared and packaged correctly for delivery or pickup
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner
• Prep food items for Salad bar and cooks
