The Photo Art Director will play a pivotal role in the in-house creative team, reporting directly to the Director of Creative Services. This position is responsible for conceptualizing and executing lifestyle and product photography, rendering, AI, and video for various platforms including print, digital, and environmental usage. The Photo Art Director will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and internal teams to strategize, design, and direct photography for a diverse range of projects. This role requires a strong understanding of visual and design trends, as well as the ability to lead and motivate production teams to achieve high-quality results with minimal oversight. In this position, the Photo Art Director will oversee the quality of photography, rendering, AI, and video outputs, ensuring adherence to established style guides. This includes making final asset selections, creating post-production notes, and reviewing imagery and video after final edits before delivery. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, as the Photo Art Director will work with operations staff to enhance operational efficiencies while maintaining exceptional creative standards. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for monitoring project expenses and implementing cost-saving measures, ensuring that all production factors align with budgetary constraints and project objectives. The Photo Art Director will also lead internal presentations, effectively communicate feedback, and apply necessary alterations to align with brand expectations.
