About the position

The Photo Producer will be responsible for overseeing photo and motion capture productions from start to finish, ensuring that projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. This role requires collaboration with the Lead Producer and Art Directors, managing multiple productions simultaneously while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in photo production, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee photo and motion capture productions from project brief through shoot capture and post-production.
• Collaborate closely with the Lead Producer and Art Directors.
• Manage multiple productions simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Negotiate contracts and fees with photographers and their agents.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective production approaches.
• Set timelines, workflows, and conduct cross-functional meetings with internal and external teams.
• Organize and maintain documentation and archives related to productions.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant photo production experience.
• Extensive experience in producing photo and motion shoots for various purposes.
• Ability to provide and discuss a visual portfolio of work at Producer level or higher.
• Strong communication, project, and time management skills.
• Expertise in contract and fee negotiation with photographers and agents.
• Meticulous budget management skills.
