About the position

Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) is one of the world's leading wine companies, known for its diverse portfolio of premium brands. We are currently seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Photographer/Videographer to join our in-house creative services team. This role is crucial in conceptualizing, producing, and delivering compelling photo and video content that effectively represents our brands across various creative channels, including marketing campaigns, social media, e-commerce platforms, and live events. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for bringing the creative vision and strategy of our brands to life through innovative and engaging visual storytelling. In this role, you will be tasked with creating innovative photography and video content that aligns with various brand objectives. You will engage consumers by developing captivating content across all channels and contribute to the omnichannel video content marketing strategy throughout the customer journey. You will also work closely with the Creative Director and stakeholders to plan and set up photoshoots, which includes creating mood boards, scouting locations, developing shot lists, securing models, sourcing props, and setting up lighting and equipment as needed. Additionally, you will manage product imagery and video shoots in a studio setting, ensuring that all aspects of the shoot are executed flawlessly. Your responsibilities will also include utilizing KPIs to assess the success of content series and monitoring and reporting on photo and video content marketing metrics to drive improvements in content strategy based on data insights. This position requires a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in photo and video composition, as well as editing, and a willingness to travel to various locations for shoots, including weekends for event coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, produce, and execute innovative photography and video content that aligns with various brand objectives.
  • Develop and deliver photo and video content that captivates and engages consumers across all channels.
  • Contribute to the omnichannel video content marketing strategy throughout the customer journey.
  • Work with the Creative Director and stakeholders to plan and set up photoshoots, including creating mood boards, scouting locations, developing shot lists, securing models, sourcing props, and setting up lighting and equipment as needed.
  • Manage product imagery and video shoots in a studio setting, including lighting and prop assembly.
  • Utilize KPIs (e.g., engagement, reach) to assess the success of content series.
  • Monitor and report on photo and video content marketing metrics, driving improvements in content strategy based on data insights.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as an in-house photographer or freelance product/lifestyle photographer.
  • A comprehensive portfolio showcasing expertise in photo and video composition, as well as editing.
  • Bachelor's degree in photography, videography, or a related creative/design field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Extensive experience in video production, editing, content, and audio development.
  • Advanced proficiency in lifestyle, event, portrait, studio, and location photography.
  • Experience in directing models and production assistants during photo and video shoots.
  • Proficiency in filming and editing videos and reels for social media, utilizing both high-end equipment and iPhone formats.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and/or Final Cut.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with drone photography and videography.
  • Knowledge of wine and the wine industry.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and best practices.
