About the position

The Rental Property Photographer role at PlanOmatic involves capturing high-quality images, floor plans, and 3D tours of single-family rental properties. This position offers flexibility for photographers to manage their schedules while providing essential services to the real estate industry. The role emphasizes quality, speed, and exceptional customer service, with a focus on creating genuine relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs of rental properties.
• Create floor plans and 3D tours for properties.
• Spend an average of 30 to 60 minutes on-site per property.
• Upload completed work to PlanOmatic for editing and client interaction.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using DSLR or Mirrorless cameras.
• Experience with wide-angle lenses (16mm for Full-Frame/10mm for CMOS).
• Ability to use off-camera flash with diffuser.
• Access to an iPhone/iPad or Android device for uploading work.
• Familiarity with memory card readers for mobile devices.
• Use of a tripod and laser measurement tool.
• Full-time access to a reliable vehicle.
• Possession of Photographer's Liability Insurance.
