About the position

Evolve is seeking skilled amateur or professional freelance real estate photographers to capture images of vacation rental properties in Bremerton, Washington, and surrounding areas. The role involves delivering unedited JPG photos that meet specific standards within a set timeframe, while Evolve manages the editing and scheduling of shoots. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to build a portfolio with the images taken.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unedited JPG photos that adhere to Evolve's Photoshoot Standards within 2 business days.
• Coordinate and schedule shoots as arranged by Evolve.
• Provide travel compensation for properties located 60+ miles away.
• Utilize specified photography equipment to capture high-quality images.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate photography, either as an amateur or professional.
• Access to a DSLR camera capable of auto exposure bracketing with a minimum of 5 exposures and 2 full stops per shot.
• Possession of an ultra wide-angle lens (14-16mm for full frame cameras or 10-11mm for crop sensor cameras).
• Ability to deliver images in a timely manner.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with vacation rental marketing and distribution platforms such as Evolve.com, VRBO, Google Vacation Rentals, Airbnb, and Booking.com.
