About the position
Join Smiler as a Photographer on the Big Island of Hawaii, where you'll combine your photography expertise with strong organizational skills to support our operations. This role involves engaging with guests, conducting professional photoshoots, and delivering high-quality images, all while enjoying the stunning Hawaiian scenery.
Responsibilities
- Engage & Approach Guests: Actively connect with visitors at popular Big Island locations, offering fun, professional mini photoshoots.
- Conduct Photoshoots: Provide guided, professional photography sessions, ensuring clients enjoy the experience and leave with stunning, high-quality photos.
- Edit & Upload Photos: Edit and upload images using Adobe Lightroom to ensure efficient delivery to clients.
Requirements
- People Skills: Extremely outgoing, friendly, and charismatic with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Photography Skills: Owning a camera is required, with an eye for photography and the ability to capture beautiful moments.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with tools like Adobe Lightroom, a smartphone with internet access, and a computer.
- Flexibility: Available during weekends and able to respond to last-minute needs.
- Hustler Mentality: Ambitious and self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and make the most of uncapped commission opportunities.

- Sales experience is a big plus!
- Living on the Big Island or within easy commuting distance is essential.
