About the position
The Photographer/Sales Associate position at Cherry Hill Programs involves working at the Santa set during the holiday season, providing a magical experience for families and children. This role requires a friendly and professional attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. The position is available as full-time, part-time, or temporary, with a pay rate of $16 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Greet and work with families and children to create a positive customer experience.
- Participate as a team member to ensure photo set operations run smoothly and effectively.
- Ensure supplies and consumables are not wasted.
- Take responsibility for the safety of all customers and staff.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Mandatory attendance at preseason training with Local Manager/District Manager.
- Adherence to company policies, including dress code.
- Covid vaccination required per company policy.
- Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours a week.
- Ability to lift and/or move 10-25 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to read and speak English.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous retail or service industry experience.
- Cash handling/cashier experience.
