About the position

We are looking for a Part-Time Newborn Photographer Sales Associate who will be responsible for promoting and selling newborn photography packages to families in a hospital setting. This role requires strong interpersonal skills to engage with new parents and provide them with comprehensive information about photography options. The ideal candidate should have a passion for photography and previous sales experience, making it a rewarding opportunity to work in an emotionally impactful environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up same-day appointments for 15-minute mini-photo sessions
• Handle and pose newborns and edit photos on-site
• Present and sell photography packages and process customer orders

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Experience in sales is a plus
• Creative and self-motivated with a passion for photography
• Experience in family photography is preferred
• Proficiency in editing photos using Adobe Lightroom Classic
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift photography equipment (up to 20 lbs)

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in newborn photography
• Familiarity with DSLR or mirrorless cameras
• Experience with customer service
