About the position

We are seeking a creative and driven Photographer & Social Media Manager to enhance our brand's online presence and engage with our audience across various social media platforms. This role is essential for developing effective social media strategies and creating compelling content that resonates with our target market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media management, photography, and art direction.

Responsibilities

• Photo all of our new and pre-owned inventory as vehicles arrive.
• Upload photos to our inventory management system.
• Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
• Utilize photo editing and manipulation skills to enhance visual content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall business goals.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, audience engagement, and feedback; respond promptly to inquiries and comments.
• Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
• Strong skills in photography, including knowledge of color theory and color management.
• Proficiency in photo editing software such as Capture One or similar tools.
• Familiarity with sales principles as they relate to digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work in social media campaigns or photography is highly desirable.
