As a Photographer/Videographer/Social Media Content Creator at 316 Strategy Group, you will be responsible for capturing and editing video content to create engaging visual stories that align with the company's brand and vision. Responsibilities

• Film and edit videos for various projects, including promotional videos, interviews, events, and social media content
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards
• Operate and maintain video equipment such as cameras, lighting, and audio devices
• Ensure that all video content meets quality standards and brand guidelines
• Manage video files, backups, and archives for future reference
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in videography

Requirements

• Proficiency in photography and videography techniques and equipment operation
• Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Experience in photography, photo editing, color theory, and art direction
• Familiarity with social media platforms for content distribution
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Sales skills for pitching video concepts to clients
• Background in journalism or storytelling is a plus
