About the position

The Marketing Strategist will play a crucial role in a fast-growing digital marketing team, responsible for driving the strategy and execution of client marketing lifecycle programs. This position requires a strategic thinker who can engage with team members, understand audience needs, and develop effective marketing strategies across various channels to enhance customer relationships and drive engagement KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, build, and execute customer marketing lifecycle programs that deepen customer relationships and drive acquisition/engagement KPIs.
  • Lead marketing strategy within the pod team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve results.
  • Develop strategic marketing plans focused on the customer journey to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Manage the customer journey map across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Project manage the execution of marketing strategies and programs, ensuring timely performance measurement and reporting.
  • Collect and analyze customer data to develop advanced segmentation for personalized messaging and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on customer marketing best practices and share insights with the team to enhance strategy and ideation.
  • Collaborate with freelancers and vendors for efficient asset creation.

Requirements

  • 2 - 5 years of sales/marketing experience.
  • 2+ years of executive level sales experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in cold calling/emailing and inside sales lead management.
  • Proven ability in relationship building and account management.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Google Suite.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of the real estate and digital marketing industries.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage processes effectively.
  • Experience in developing and writing digital marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and practices, including pitching and closing.
  • Experience in CRM utilization and integration.
  • Proficiency in email marketing and current marketing techniques.
  • Experience with task management software such as Asana, Slack, or Monday.com.
  • Experience in graphic design and UI/UX.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital ad marketing, and SEO principles.
