We are seeking a talented and passionate videographer/photographer to join The Mike Ferry Organization. This full-time position is based in Las Vegas, NV, and requires the candidate to work on-site, as remote or hybrid options are not available. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for photography and videography, along with skills in cinematography, editing, and production. You will be responsible for all aspects of production, which includes studio, field, and external production, planning, shooting, post-production, and final delivery of content. Your work will play a crucial role in sharing our story and vision, promoting our brand, and making a significant impact across various digital platforms. In this role, technical ability is essential, but we also value personality and teamwork. You should be comfortable collaborating with others, possess strong communication skills, and be able to take charge during the production process to ensure that all necessary shots are captured. We provide the equipment needed for you to succeed in this role, and we expect you to have at least 5 years of professional experience in a fast-paced educational, agency, broadcast, or production environment. You should demonstrate a solid understanding of videography and photography standards, techniques, and formats, along with strong editing and post-production skills. Additionally, experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Cloud media tools, including Premiere Pro and After Effects, is required. You will also need to have experience producing content for YouTube, including YouTube shorts, ads, and social media content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, and sells. Maintaining project reports and analytics from YouTube will also be part of your responsibilities. The role requires physical ability to handle recording equipment for extended periods, the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks, and strong organizational skills. Flexibility to work at other local locations occasionally and travel a few times a year is also expected. Professional appearance and attire are essential for this position.
