About the position
This position involves capturing final move-out photos and a video of a residential property in Florissant, MO. The goal is to document the condition of the home before it is vacated, ensuring all areas are covered thoroughly.
Responsibilities
- Take 40-50 high-quality photos of the property, including both interior and exterior shots.
- Capture a video of the exterior and interior of the home.
- Photograph the front of the house from the street view and all four sides of the exterior, including the front and backyard.
- Document all rooms within the home, including the living room, dining room, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
- Remove any belongings that need to be taken to the curb before taking the final photos.
Requirements
- Experience in photography, particularly in real estate or property photography.
- Ability to use a camera and video equipment effectively.
- Attention to detail to ensure all areas of the property are documented accurately.
Nice-to-haves
