About the position

We are seeking an experienced Senior PHP Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at Hashone Careers in Dulles, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP development, combined with expertise in front-end technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications to ensure a seamless user experience and high performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using PHP and modern frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in PHP development, with a strong understanding of the full web development stack.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-haves

• 3 years of experience with React (Preferred)
• 3 years of experience with Vue.js (Preferred)
• Ability to relocate to Dulles, VA before starting work (Preferred)
