Cobalt is currently seeking experienced front-end PHP HTML CSS developers to join our organization. Developers will be responsible for working with our dev-team in developing our proprietary web-based software; a complex software ecosystem that is a disruptive innovation providing technology advancements to Retailers, Suppliers & Brands in the Liquor Beer & Wine Space. Please Note: This is an in-office full-time W2 employment only. We do not offer remote/hybrid employment. You must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, particularly with PHP, HTML, and CSS. You will be tasked with designing, building, integrating, and maintaining custom web, mobile, and business applications, APIs, databases, CRMs, ERPs, automations, and other unique solutions tailored to each client's specific business requirements. Knowledge in utilizing Bootstrap 5 to quickly create responsive and Mobile-First applications is essential. You will work closely with Digital Project Managers to turn business needs into technical designs and specifications, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues thoroughly and proactively, and continuously expand your skills while staying up-to-date on emerging technologies. Effective communication is key, as you will collaborate with different teams including DPMs, BAs, QA testers, developers, and clients. This includes both verbal and written communication. You will be responsible for breaking down complex client requirements into scalable and performant solutions, providing troubleshooting and debug support for existing codebases and applications, and implementing web or mobile interfaces using PHP, XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additionally, you will collaborate with our PM and design teams to define feature specifications and build the next generation of products leveraging frameworks, build report interfaces and data feeds, ensure responsiveness of applications, create servers and databases for proper functionality, document and write tests for code, and track time spent on projects effectively.
