About the position

The Perl Developer position involves working on a team responsible for conducting a large enterprise-wide SOX Audit. The role focuses on reverse engineering an existing application written in PERL and PHP, modernizing it from legacy code to the latest versions, and addressing vulnerability issues related to SOX compliance auditing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reverse engineering of an existing application written in PERL and PHP.
• Modernize legacy code to the latest versions.
• Address vulnerability issues in the application stack related to SOX compliance auditing.
• Understand upstream and downstream feeds between systems interacting with the application based on SOX audit results.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience with PERL/PHP Development
• PL/SQL experience
• Unix/Linux scripting on Apache
• Oracle Database experience

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working in a SOX/IT Audit environment
