About The Position
Faith Christian School is committed to a positive, Christ-centered learning environment for students. With small class sizes, teachers can build deep relationships with students and families. The PE will spend approximately two-thirds of their time teaching PE and the remaining third working with students individually and in small groups as a part of our intervention program. Teachers at Faith Christian School foster a sense of excellence that encourages students to be their best selves, spiritually, socially, and academically. Faith Christian families are committed to partnering with the school in this mission. In order to do this, teachers will make regular contact with parents to build and strengthen the community as a whole. Additionally, teachers are members of a staff team committed to mutual encouragement and strengthening in the Word of God. Regular staff meetings are required and designed to equip and empower Faith Christian faculty with tools for use in the classroom as well as personal spiritual development. Teachers are central to the creation of a positive, Christ-centered learning environment for students and fellow staff.
