About the position

The Physical Rehab Aide position at ChiroCare Injury Rehab in Austin is a full-time role focused on assisting patients with their rehabilitation exercises and maintaining accurate medical records. The aide will work primarily in the afternoons, from 1 PM to 7 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts. This role requires effective communication with clinic staff and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while adhering to clinic protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with exercises
• Enter notes for each patient daily
• Upload necessary information into the patient's medical file
• Complete corrections and close out non-compliant patients with guidance
• Schedule patients at least two weeks out on the schedule
• Ensure accuracy of the active log and database
• Maintain regular communication with clinic staff and doctors
• Maintain and be responsible for business equipment
• Utilize best practices in all aspects of the position
• Be self-directed and detail-oriented
• Maintain a positive, helpful attitude
• Maintain confidentiality and treat others with dignity and respect
• Respond to communication in a timely manner
• Complete duties in a timely manner
• Follow ChiroCare systems and training documents
• Clock in and out using ADP and access important documents through Google Drive
• Find coverage when absent
• Accept constructive feedback
• Maintain excellent customer service
• Make suggestions to improve systems
• Assume additional assignments and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Entry-level position
• Proficient in the use of EHR and database
• Proficient in Google Docs
• Spanish speaker preferred
