About the position
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our medical team. The primary goal of the Physical Therapist is to help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or other conditions that affect their physical movements. This role requires a thorough understanding of the human body and how it moves, as well as the ability to create personalized treatment plans for each patient.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Assist patients in regaining movement and strength through exercises and manual therapy
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on how to prevent further injuries or manage chronic conditions
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with patients of all ages and conditions
