About the position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments and disabilities to improve overall mobility and function.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve range of motion, strength, and flexibility
- Provide education to patients on proper body mechanics and injury prevention
- Monitor and track patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field
- State licensure and certification as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
