About the position

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Powerback Rehabilitation, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover and regain their physical abilities. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing physical therapy programs, following recovery plans, and delivering therapy treatments in a compassionate and patient-centered environment. You will work collaboratively with your peers and make referrals as necessary to ensure the best care for your patients.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities as directed by the physical therapist.
• Follow developed recovery plans to ensure effective treatment.
• Deliver therapy treatments to patients in a caring and compassionate manner.
• Adapt treatment plans to meet the individual needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with team members and make referrals to other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Ensure the highest quality of service for patients and their families.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.
