About the position

As a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant at AccentCare, you will play a crucial role in the healthcare journey of our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to implement care plans developed by Physical Therapists and communicate any findings or changes regarding patients back to the Physical Therapist and physician. This position offers a competitive compensation structure based on your experience, with a pay range of $45 to $55 per visit. Responsibilities

  • Implement care plans as directed by the Physical Therapist.
  • Communicate any findings or changes regarding patients back to the Physical Therapist and physician.
  • Educate patients and their families on basic home safety and medical equipment safety.

Requirements

  • Associates degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
  • Valid license, registration, or permit to practice in the state of agency operation.
  • Valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
  • Licensed driver who can travel to all business locations.
